My name is Alice Joe. Nłeʔkepmxkn Scw̓éxmxkn ncewa (I am from the Nłeʔkepmx nation, People of the Creeks). I grew up in the Nicola Valley on the Shulus reserve outside of Merritt, British Columbia.
